The University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communications is seeking an assistant professor of practice to join our award-winning media production program starting in August 2022. The responsibilities of this position will include teaching 6-8 courses per year related to broadcasting, video, audio or media production depending on other assigned duties.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communications is accredited by the ACEJMC and offers majors in advertising and public relations, broadcasting, journalism and sports media and communication. Minimum Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree plus 10 years of professional experience in media production or a related field.
A master's degree, 15 years of professional experience and demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
