Job responsibilities include:
-On-site and virtual support through training and technical assistance to afterschool or summer camp programs throughout South Carolina. -Coordination of special initiatives within afterschool or summer camp programs. -Management of assigned referrals, including correspondence and timely reporting of data collected. -Assistance in the development and dissemination of training materials, including the development of online training modules and tutorials. -Participation in public awareness and outreach activities, including development and dissemination of informational resources and brochures, presentations at regional and state conferences -Development and maintenance of collaborative relationships with others involved in supporting the improvement of afterschool and summer camp programs for the benefit of school aged children.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 2 years training and development experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years training and development experience.
