This position will assist in communication with ~40 customers including both internal and external to resolve issues with technical setup and operation of services, manage relations with current customers for the Baseband Testing Services, manage project teams of technicians in order to improve current services through testing efficiency; assist in preparing budgets and marketing materials and help maintain documentation.
- Bachelorâs degree and two years of experience in technology appropriate to project such as IPV6, high-speed ethernet and mobile, and/or other technology as defined by the IOL. - Basic demonstrated understanding of data communications; communication between computer systems or devices and testing practices and methodologies as required by the project. - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking. - Basic experience creating technical documents - Basic troubleshooting experience; ability to respond quickly and isolate basic issues occurring during test services. - Ability to work both independently and as a team member. - Ability to travel. - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Agile Team Experience
