Salary Range: $35,568 - Dependent on Qualifications

Position Status: Regular full-time
Program Support (80%) – Assist program director(s) in Operations Management (OM) department in all aspects of degree programs and students such as but not limited to recruiting, admission, following up with applicants and provide recruiting reports as required. Setting up and conducting resume sessions and individual resume feedback to students. Conducting info sessions for prospects and applicants. Assist students in internships and job placements. Setting up and managing peer mentoring program for new students. Work with salesforce team for marketing and recruiting activities. Assist in preparing assessment reports and I&E reporting each semester. Managing internship requests in Handshake system. Help in setting up conferences, collecting student testimonials, selecting student ambassadors, and updating related webpages.
Other Duties (20%)– Provide assistance as needed by the department in other duties in managing degree programs and related projects and activities.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Four or more years of administrative office experience in an academic environment. Excellent computer skills with various programs and ability to work with specialized databases. Outstanding customer service skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree preferred.
