(Full-time, AFSCME position) TOUR OF DUTY: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (with Saturday and Sunday as days off). (Subject to Change) This position is eligible for shift differential pay. This is a non-essential position. This is an AFSCME unit position and is subject to the terms of that union agreement.
Facilities Management supports Professional Development amongst our staff and welcomes any training you may seek either personally or professionally to support equity, social justice, and inclusion of each individual across campus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer all incoming calls into the customer service center
Troubleshoot issue and direct as needed to the appropriate trades shop or manager
Create and/or process all work orders using School Dude
Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices and other forms and records maintained in the customer service area

Applicants must have at least (A) two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office management, office administration, business administration or business management, the major duties of which included one or more of the following functions: purchasing, personnel management, budgeting, accounting, records management, work simplification, grants management, contract administration or program management, (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below.
I. An Associate's or higher degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for the required experience.
II. An Associate's or higher degree with a major other than in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for a maximum of one year of the required experience.
