To provide critical administrative support to the Executive Director of Operations. The ideal person will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and careful attention to detail. This person will coordinate all administrative and office support tasks, including but not limited to data entry, calendar scheduling, sorting mail, preparing payables from vendor invoices, ordering departmental supplies, answer phones, taking notes at department meetings, etc.
Strong time-management, communication and verbal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or work-related experience
