ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 2 , Sloan School of Management-Behavioral and Policy Sciences (BPS) , to provide high-level faculty and administrative support--under the supervision of the senior associate director--for multiple programs and projects in the BPS academic area. Will synthesize, evaluate, and communicate clearly, with an eye toward efficiency; anticipate and initiate actions regarding office operations and develop in-depth knowledge of the Institute and other departments; interpret and resolve highly varied situations and problems; and support the mission of the Sloan academic areas. Will be expected to be involved in continuous professional development in order to strengthen the competencies that are most valued at the school.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years' administrative, office, or related experience; ability to develop a thorough understanding of own work and how it impacts operations across the area and areas outside own work unit; ability to anticipate, prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; excellent verbal and written communication, grammar, and proofreading skills; and flexibility.
