Seeking a 12 month supervisor for the catering division of SU Food Services. Will work with Catering staff to manage and oversee catered events across campus. Position duties include but are not limited to supervising staff at catered events; ensuring customer satisfaction; ensuring safe food handling procedures; ordering food and supplies for events; processing required paperwork; maintain equipment and inventory levels as needed. Respond to and work with customers on inquiries regarding event specifics. Ensure departmental, county, state, health and University policies are followed at all times.
