The Data Assistant interviewer (DAI) will work on a variety of studies.Â Each study has a protocol describing study procedures. For each study, as needed, the DAI will contact study participants by mailing surveys, telephone participants to ensure that surveys have been received and completed, Administer surveys by telephone if needed.Â All responsibilities will be performed per study-specific protocol. Interviewer will also serve as a resource for participants needing help accessing the web-based questionnaire portal.
Associates Degree and 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience working in a health care or health research environment.
Interested in patient contact.
Initiative and ability to work independently and as a team member. Â

Must be able to handle difficult personalities. Â
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Â
Knowledgeable of SQL, Microsoft and Excel.
Must be HIPAA certified. Â

This position works on several studies at the same time. Must have flexibility to transition from one project to another.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.
