1. Provides leadership to apprenticeship programs; manages program standards, rules, and regulations in compliance with appropriate funding agencies, and assists with the development of effective apprenticeship programs across the college by developing and leveraging partnerships and resources; actively engages in recruitment and outreach activities to expand the program. 2. Determines participant eligibility, manages case files and provides other services to potential and current students with the goal of encouraging interest in pre-apprenticeship, registered apprenticeship, and/or degree apprenticeship programs. 3. Monitors student enrollment, retention, and program completion processes in the various apprenticeship programs and in other related programs. 4. Manages initial data entry and data maintenance via multiple data systems (Rapids, Sage, Salesforce, etc.); analyzes data and compiles time sensitive reports to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies; provides quarterly updates and reports on student participation, program completion, and employment to all stakeholders. 5. Oversees student engagement and follow up, including the advisement and/or mentoring portion of apprenticeship Course(s). 6. Engages and collaborates with employers, community partners and related employment agencies, with the intention of developing and expanding the program 7. Serves as the liaison to employer partners throughout the apprenticeship programs; maintains positive employer partnerships and supports those partnerships with regular ongoing professional communications with designated work site representatives. 8. Develops and implements all employer partner work site orientations and observations, as well as all student orientations for the apprenticeship programs. 9. Participates in networking and relevant professional development, and represents the college at various local, regional, and statewide professional meetings related to best practices in apprenticeships; assists with, and participates in, all relevant Advisory Board meetings. 10. 1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. Three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in a student or career services, case management, or workforce development role (ideally in higher education) that involved at least one year of direct recruitment and advising of program participants and/or students and required the development of a program services, procedures and included some exposure to budget oversight. 3. Excellent client service, written and verbal communication, and relationship building skills that include the ability to work well with faculty, administration, external contacts and to articulate departmental viewpoints to others. 4. At least one year of supervisory, project, or team leadership experience with accountability for individual and/or team results. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and database systems that require the ability to create professional documents, detailed reports, and professional presentations.
