Jefferson College is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist to provide support for the EMT/Paramedic program. Responsibilities include: Prepare orders for payment, general requisitions and financial and statistical reports. Maintain records and assist in development of reports for accreditation of programs. Coordinate enrollment and registration of students for their courses. Assist students with payments. Update program web pages. Assist in coordination of continuing education courses. Assist, as needed, with coordinating the daily activities of the Imperial campus and supporting the Law Enforcement Academy program.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year administrative support experience required. Additional education and experience preferred.
