Candidate will be expected to maintain an extramurally funded research program. The candidate will be expected to mentor trainees in the laboratory, including staff, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and junior faculty. Must have experience in neurodegeneration translational research, focusing on the family of polyglutamine disorders, notably Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 3 (SCA3).
