We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher with a background in ovarian biology, female reproductive biology, and/or toxicology. This is a collaborative project to build a comprehensive understanding of transcriptomic, proteomic, and phenotypic ovarian responses to toxicant exposure in lean and obese female mice.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Animal exposure experiments, phenotypic and biochemical data collection
- Molecular analysis of RNA, DNA and protein
- Writing and enforcing standard operating procedures
- Report writing
- Troubleshooting and experimental design
- Manuscript writing
- Training graduate and undergraduate students
- Detailed record keeping
- Ordering laboratory supplies
- Ordering animals
- Animal handling, exposures, and data collection
- Molecular laboratory analysis
