Under general supervision of the Director of Alumni Relations, the Alumni Chapter Associate is responsible for the development and direct oversight of all constituency-based alumni chapter programming. The incumbent drafts chapter regulations and procedures and articulates campus policy; develops and manages chapter communications, budgets and reporting.
Plans, coordinates and executes logistics for all alumni chapter volunteer meetings and events; creates event marketing plans inclusive of print, electronic and social media communications channels.
Fosters engagement, provides advisement and support and stewards alumni volunteers and chapter executive board leadership.
Maintains and manages multiple databases, filing systems and related paperwork; handles and directs calls; responds to requests for information from volunteers.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a job-related field.
Equivalent to three (3) years of full-time, progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience.
Additional experience in job-related field may be substituted for up to two years of the required education, on a year for year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Working knowledge of general practices, program, and/or administrative specialty; and of operational analysis and techniques.
Thorough knowledge of alumni chapter programing. Ability and specialized skills to expertly investigate and analyze problems with a broad administrative impact and implications.
Ability to: oversee and/or train others and provide lead work direction; interpret, and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures to develop conclusions and make recommendations; compile, write and present reports related to program or administrative specialty; communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing;
Operate standard office equipment and software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Raiser's Edge, WebOne, Basecamp, etc.

Classification: 1038 / Admin Analyst Specialist
The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $3897 -$4700, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The salary range for this classification is: $3897 -$7051 per month.
HOURS: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; may include evenings and weekends.
REG: This is a Regular position with a one-year probationary period.
