This is a professional position, under the direct supervision of the Director of Student Financial Aid, responsible for overseeing compliance, training, and service within the Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA). The position is responsible for identifying areas where improvement is needed in relation to Federal Title IV and state aid regulations and standards. This position manages the activities and staff of the Client Services area within the OSFA and supervises front desk staff. The individual in this position will coordinate and communicate all compliance activities and programs. This position requires close adherence to and compliance with all Federal, State, and University financial aid laws, regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures.
