The Associate Director role will focus primarily on student retention, the student experience and student development from admission to graduation. This will be executed through the implementation of programs, initiatives and policies that uplifts a sense of belonging, advocates for, celebrates global cultures and ensures a safe space for underrepresented students to refresh and renew, while driving a global mindset that prepares students to be competitive in a diverse world economy.
This position will oversee the redevelopment of the Rodney Gross Scholars Program and the administration of the scholarship awards process. The candidate will be an authority and advocate in support of African American student areas of concern, implementing heritage month events, and lead the planning for Black History Month.
