Civil and Environmental Engineering seeks one applicant to teach CEE 211 in the Fall term 2021 (August 30 – December 31, 2021). The class is scheduled on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 8:30 am – 9:30 am, Room 2246 CSRB. The position will be 0.40 FTE (40% effort) and requires the lecturer be responsible for teaching students the topic of Statics and Dynamics.
A master's degree, or equivalent education and experience, in Civil Engineering is required. PhD in Civil Engineering preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with previous teaching experience and knowledge of the university policies and procedures.
The terms and conditions of employment for this position are subject to the provisions of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the University of Michigan and the Lecturer’s Employee Organization.
