The Human Development Institute is Kentucky's University Center on Disability. The duties of this Administrative Support position help to achieve the goals of the RETAIN grant in support of HDI's mission.
The responsibilites of this role will include: -Serving as initial project contact for the public -Maintaining calendar for project meetings and activities -Working with project leaders to coordinate payments for professional services and consultants -Maintaining training lists for RETAIN events, seminar series and other project specific trainings -Preparing materials for all participants -Ensuring accessibility needs are met for all training participants -Monitoring and facilitating online training participation -Coordinating production of recorded webinars -Providing support to Information Services Director, Employment Project Directors, and RETAIN Leadership to create content for social media accounts
This position is grant funded. Position open to applicants from all areas of Kentucky.
