This key position is the sole full-time support staff member for the School of Architecture student services suite. The office coordinator is critical to the educational and strategic missions of the School as this position assists all faculty, chairs for the Undergraduate and Graduate programs, academic and career advising as well as admissions. As the liaison for faculty in our building whom provide both in-person and remote instruction this staff member provides instruction assistance related to technology and provides material preparation for successful course instruction. This staff member maintains all building room reservations as well as central room reservations on behalf of our staff to meet the needs of both in-person and remote instruction. In an ever changing in-person and digital era, this position requires attention to detail to ensure that the needs of our students and faculty related to advising, emerging student concerns and faculty needs are met in an expeditious and succinct manner.
