The Publication/Media Administrator in the Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) is responsible for writing, organizing, and managing the dissemination of ECE Department information to internal and external sources via internally produced print and web publications, the ECE website, the ECE touchscreen display system, and via direct contact with internal and external inquirers.
In addition, he/she is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective marketing program in support of departmental academic and research goals and acting as a liaison between the Department and other offices responsible for external communications.
Additionally, he/she is responsible for acting as a support mechanism to the other members of the Departments administrative staff at the direction of the Chair, Director, and Assistant Director as needed.
Intermediate computer/technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent oral and written skills.
