Transform lives by teaching (planning and implementing) and evaluating approved educational programming in basic nutrition, food preparation and resource management, physical activity, and/or other grant specific deliverables for low-income audiences in assigned counties. Must be able to access learner at appropriate places and times. Ability to travel within service area. Position is located in Lancaster County.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Degree must be completed by start date. Demonstrated ability to teach. Ability to keep accurate records and prepare reports. Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Nutrition, Exercise and Health Sciences or closely related field. Experience with health related work through other organizations as an employee or volunteer. Previous teaching experience. Previous work with low-income individuals or community groups. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet, presentation and data management software preferred. Previous experience with program implementation and evaluation a plus.
