Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts within the Student Health Center. Prepares monthly accrual reports and records general ledger entries. Maintains fiscal records to support management decision making for both restricted and unrestricted funds. Coordinates processing of budget requests, oversees account activity, and serve as liaison among departments, programs, university offices and vendors.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Required Experience: 2 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include budget administration or accounting experience and experience implementing policies and procedures.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to establish priorities. Proficiency with spreadsheet and database software.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with MS Office package.
