The Human Resources Coordinator will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative and clerical tasks by providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and for the Human Resources Department in the College of Arts and Sciences. Duties may include generating offer and reappointment letters, making photocopies of various documents, filing, conducting research to process, complete, and submit various HR actions, creating, updating, and maintaining various spreadsheets, etc. Will assist the HR Team in reviewing various human resources actions, including but not limited to, creating, updating, and/or reviewing position descriptions, reviewing and approving job requisitions, processing new hire documents, processing and submitting other HR actions to the appropriate University Offices and initiating various HCM personnel actions. Performs other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Dean for the College.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment, or high school diploma and 8 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
