Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Manager of Administration and Special Events is a key member of the Development and Alumnae Relations team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the office. This role supports the office and serves as a subject matter expert for College policies and procedures around purchasing, accounts payable, and student worker hiring. In addition, the Manager will work especially closely with, and provide support to, the Special Events Team to further the goals of the department and the College.
Required Qualification Summary:
Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience, preferably in higher education, administrative office management, events and/or development
