GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the implementation and development of all non-credit workforce-training programs for the Center for Corporate and Professional Education (CCAPE).
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Manage and assist in the administration and implementation of noncredit programing and employer-contract training projects/programs.
Oversee relationships with students, corporate training clients, instructors, and community partners.
Maintain and update CCAPE and Jenzabar databases.
Oversee enrollment, attendance, and budgetary record keeping and other related data.
Assist in analyzing, developing and compiling monthly and quarterly program reports to the Director of Workforce Development and Training.
Inspect and evaluate procedures and processes for noncredit programs.
Assist the CCAPE team with reducing noncredit program quality issues.
Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for all noncredit programing.
Implement systems to ensure that programs and services adhere to college rules and requirements.
Oversee and assist in CCAPE's grant-funded programs.
Perform statistical analysis and data analysis for noncredit programing.
Coordinate and maintain CCAPE financial information and assist with all accounts payable and receivables for CCAPE.
Plan traditional and online marketing efforts including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, as position requires and evenings during busy periods.
Facilitate bi-weekly and monthly staff meetings.
Manage and assist in all office functions of CCAPE, including CourseStorm (online registration system).
Manage and assist in the day-to-day operations of all corporate training programs and non-credit classes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Supervise team members and oversee the administration and logistics of all non-credit course schedules;
Maintain CCAPE corporate training tracking spreadsheet (program enrollment, contact hours, and revenue);
Maintain CCAPE community education tracking spreadsheet (program enrollment, contact hours, and revenue);
Develop and track Continuing Education Credit/Unit applications, provide CEU certificates for eligible classes, maintain records issued;
Maintain records of OSHA training and compliance;
Maintain state license to operate as a state approved Real Estate School;
Process instructor payroll requests to the Payroll Office;
Identify and assist in the preparation of grant applications and related documentation;
Oversee the administration and compliance of CCAPE and employer grant awards including Workforce Training Funds, and related documentation;
Assist in identifying corporate training opportunities; and,
Assist in development of new markets for training businesses, nonprofit, and municipal organizations primarily in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Demonstrated three years of related experience in project management and/or program quality compliance.
Demonstrated three years of management experience supervising staff/teams.
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with external organizations, businesses and the public, and work effectively with the campus community.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse population.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications e.g., database design and maintenance, spreadsheet applications, and graphics. Must be an advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team model.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in education or related field.
Professional certification in project management.
Knowledge of the characteristics of Cape Cod and the Islands economy and business community including environmental, healthcare, travel and tourism industries.

COMPENSATION: Annual salary range of $46,000-$50,000 (dependent upon qualifications). Full-time, Non-unit Professional position that includes participation in a comprehensive employee benefits program.
