Posting Summary: This is a 12 month Full-time position to manage class scheduling and registration, payroll, purchasing, travel, and Graduate Research Assistants working closely with the Graduate Coordinator, Department Head, and Dean of the College of Agriculture. The incumbent will work closely with faculty and Department Head in scheduling classes, assist students with course registration, and prepare faculty workloads, hiring proposals and payroll, including contact with the Records, Budget, Bursar, and Financial Aid offices to facilitate these departmental and college functions. The successful candidate is expected to: prepare and submit contracts and Personnel Action Requests using PeopleAdmin; process, calculate and submits budget revisions as needed; maintain and submit monthly timesheets for staff and students; maintain records for payroll, leave requests, contracts, and Summer Appointments; process travel requisitions and travel claims; process Work-Aid contracts, ensure that timesheets are submitted timely; and perform other related duties as assigned.
