The Accessibility Specialist will promote access to the Carleton curricular, co-curricular, residential, and campus employment opportunities for students with disabilities.
The Accessibility Specialist maintains a caseload of students with disabilities, conducts the interactive process, reviews assessment reports and documentation from providers, determine and communicate accommodations, provide coaching and support to students with disabilities.

The successful candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree and has one or more years of disability-related experience. Must demonstrate knowledge, training, or experience in State and Federal laws related to disability. Education, training, and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: strong listening skills and communication skills in writing, public presentations, and interpersonal interactions; excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and maintenance of accurate records.
