The selected candidate participates in research activity for the Morphomics Analysis Group and the International Center for Automotive Medicine. The primary research involves the development of cardiovascular state phenotypes from digital biomarkers of body composition. These biomarkers allow for individual assessment of subclinical cardiovascular risk prediction scores. Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the ICAM/MAG team for research design and statistical analysis, as well as the development and preparation of technical and epidemiologic manuscripts in a variety of content areas. We believe the candidate's research will strongly contend for future academic funding endeavors.
The candidate will have educational expertise for the ICAM/MAG lab to teach epidemiologic methods, analysis, and technical writing to the automotive safety fellows. Additionally, the candidate provides support to undergraduates, medical students, and residents affiliated with the ICAM/MAG lab.
PhD in epidemology or related field of science.
