The Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship supports Harvard Business School's mission to
4-5 years related event planning, project/program management, and administrative experience is required.
BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
Candidates with experience in Salesforce, WordPress, and HTML/CSS are preferred.
This position requires a self-starter and forward-thinking problem solver with excellent project management, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have good professional judgment, know when to ask questions, and understand when to take initiative.
The ideal candidate possesses the initiative and confidence to work independently, the integrity to handle confidential information with discretion, and the ability to function as part of a team and coordinate with multiple constituencies in a dynamic work environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility and customer service skills are essential.
Requires a high-level of proficiency in using technology to support complex administrative functions through Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs, mail merges, databases, and website management.
