The Clinical Research Finance unit within the Office of Research and Project Administration at MSK is responsible for the overall fiscal management of clinical research.
We are currently seeking a Revenue Management Specialist to work as an integral member of the research administration team and in compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirements.

Provide revenue management for clinical research contracts with non-federal sponsors (industrial and non-industrial)
Prepare and remit invoices for protocol patient accruals, research non-billable charges, pharmacy, radiology, and administrative fees
Manage outstanding payments and aging report via CTMS, SmartStream and Cognos
Perform intermittent and end of study reconciliation of revenue based on protocol activity, visit completion, invoicing, cash received and/or other parameters
Work with ORPA/Research Fund Management and other CRA units to ensure provision of data and information
Review and compare the contract, external, and internal budget terms and protocol to ensure uniformity
Build budget amendments and versions in CTMS to ensure compliance with contract and protocol versions
Bachelors Degree with 2+ years of similar experience preferred
Previous exposure to healthcare finance data
Previous clinical research experience would be a plus
