As a subject matter expert, this position will serve as a point of contact for HR team members and various members of the community to perform audits, updates, and on-going maintenance or modifications to ensure the effective and efficient operation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System – Workday). The Senior HR Partner will assist in business processes configuration to identify gaps, troubleshoot system, data or user issues, ensure configuration settings meet functional area objectives, and make recommendations on improvements. In addition, this position will also be responsible for report writing or report modifications.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of benefits regulation/policy changes.
Minimum 2 years of Workday human resources information system experience. Must have experience troubleshooting system issues and some previous report writing experience. High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Strong knowledge of Workday configurations and integration concepts (e.g., EIBs, Cloud Connect, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) and BP Configuration.
Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of current human resources 'best practices', human resource data management and maintenance, HRIS, compliance, and general human resource policy & procedure. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with data
Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by background in investigations, preparing comprehensive reports, and general employee and management communication.
Excellent analytical skills and knowledgeable about commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HRIS field. Ability to adapt to changes and continuously meet deadlines.
Highly developed organizational and analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities; interacts effectively at all levels, solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of Workday and Excel.
