Major Duties: - Teach in the primary area of Organizational Behavior- Teach in secondary areas such as Leadership, Strategic Management, Business Ethics and Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship- On-going scholarly activity and publication in peer-reviewed journals- Coordinate Organizational Behavior curriculum for the BBA program- Advise and mentor students- Service, as needed, to the department, college, university, and community commensurate with professional level
Minimum Qualifications: - Doctorate in Organizational Behavior or related field completed by August 2022- Significant teaching experience- Strong student evaluations
