Execute the M State Service Commitment and Service Standards to ensure all stakeholders have a positive service experience.
On a daily basis, execute tasks and fulfil responsibilities in a manner that promotes teamwork and collaboration among clientele groups in order to improve student access and success collegewide.
Develop, coordinate and implement the M State college wide and campus-based enrollment management plan.
Develop and maintain a data collection, analysis and reporting plan to cover recruitment and admissions activities, and effectiveness of various recruitment efforts.
Work within the college's Strategic Enrollment Management plan and with the Communications and Marketing Team and the Wadena Campus Student Development Services Director to develop the campus marketing plan
Represent the college, as needed, at state, regional and community professional organizations.
Hire, train and supervise work-study students so that work is performed professionally and the office functions smoothly.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner. Must be able to travel to meetings.
Two-year degree in marketing or related field.
Experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing
Customer services skills sufficient to actively listen to and understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate alternatives in a timely, thorough, courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
Superb working relationships with a variety of external and internal constituencies in which the incumbent represents the college.

Four-year degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated achievements in a marketing position.
Experience working in a two-year community and technical college setting.
Limited working knowledge regarding the college operation and function.
Experience with Oracle or other Customer Relations Management Systems.
