Office Duties 1.Â Â Â Answer development office main line and provide customer service to all callers 2.Â Â Â Manage the development office voicemail including returning phone calls and forwarding voicemails when necessary 3.Â Â Â Assist Chief Development Officer with travel and expenses 4.Â Â Â Oversee athletics development office equipment including scheduling maintenance and working with IT department when necessary 5.Â Â Â Manage office supply and stationery orderingÂ 6.Â Â Â Manage budgets for office supplies and stationery with supervisor 7.Â Â Â Responsible for maintaining communal spaces in a professional manner â ie, kitchen/supply room, reception area and student worker area 8.Â Â Â Receives incoming mail, organizes bulk mailing projects in coordination with Mailing Services, sends FedEx packages.Â
Student Workers 1.Â Â Â Manage the hiring process for new student workers 2.Â Â Â Confirm and manage work schedules 3.Â Â Â Liaison between athletics human resources contact and student workers 4.Â Â Â Communicate necessary athletics announcements to the student workers
Development 1.Â Â Â Become proficient in PacFund, athletics database, and Sales Force, university database, to assist donors and staff.Â 2.Â Â Â Assist with various projects including assist processing payments, mailing project, assist with event reservations 3.Â Â Â Process ticket payments for Football and Basketball Â
Minimum Education: Associate's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum educationMinimum Experience: 2 yearsMinimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial or specialized clerical, including some administrative experience.
