The HR department for USC Bovard College is seeking an experienced part-time recruiter to provide project-based recruiting needs as new positions are opened. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for higher ed and/or admissions positions and experience with diversity initiatives. Duties include screening resumes, sourcing for passive candidates, and conducting initial phone screens/interviews. The recruiter will work closely with the HR partner and hiring managers to determine best recruitment strategies.Â This is a part-time, hourly resource employee position working approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, dependent on departmental recruitment needs. The position is scheduled for 7 months from July 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022.Â
