Research Support - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
This position is for an undergraduate research position in a Pediatric Neuropsychology research laboratory in the Medical School. The mission of Minnesota Investigators in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (MIND) group is to gain scientific insights that will improve the lives of children with neurodevelopmental differences. https://z.umn.edu/mindgroup
Duties will include:
Data organization, management and storage system. (25%) Participant online research visits. (25%) Check scoring of neuropsychological tests which require careful attention to scoring standards. (10%) Data entry and development of study databases. (20%) Conduct literature searches. (10%) Assist with creation of study reports and presentations (10%)

Required Qualifications: BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years. Computer proficiency in a PC environment. Skills with online tools and iPad applications. Demonstrated organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize assignments. Understanding of patient privacy regulations. Experience working with children in educational context or research context.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data management (e.g., databases, participant tracking) Experience working in a medical or research lab setting.
