A full-time Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Lesley Weaver in the Genome, Cell, and Developmental Program at Indiana University Bloomington to study how different organs communicate to regulate adult Drosophila stem cell lineages.
The Weaver lab works on understanding how different organs communicate the physiological status of an organism using the adult Drosophila ovary as a model. Lab members use a combination of genetic manipulation, imaging analysis, and high-throughput sequencing to study the mechanisms by which organs
