This position will represent Food Services to the campus community and to the public. Will manage daily operations, hire, train, schedule, discipline, and evaluate all temporary and student staff. Input payroll following union guidelines. Respond to inquiries and issues from students, staff and faculty. Maintain inventory and service needs. Ensure health and safety compliance with departmental, University, County and State health department regulations.
