The Director of Graduate Business Student Engagement will lead student engagement initiatives for more than 200 College of Business Administration (CBA) graduate students across all graduate business programs. Current programs include the following: Master of Business Administration (EMBA & MBA), M.S. in Accounting (MSA), M.S. in Business Analytics (MSBA), M.S. in Management (MSM), M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation (MSESI), and Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management (MGEM). Programs currently under development may be added to this portfolio of responsibilities.
Typically a Master's degree in higher education, business or related field is acceptable if accompanied by relevant professional experience as described above. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of technology, regulation, and policy changes.
Minimum of seven years' experience in university student services roles such as admissions, advising, student services/student life, counseling, orientation, or related positions.
Highly developed organizational skills. Ability to analyze, manage, multi-task, motivate, plan, organize and execute day-to-day operations. Meet deadlines and maintain a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to each task. Ability to assess, prioritize and delegate the flow of work on a daily basis.
Strong listening skills and ability to grasp information quickly and completely. Demonstrated ability to share information in written and oral forms concisely, correctly, and effectively in meetings and public presentations. Ability to write intelligently, eloquently, diplomatically, and persuasively and to prepare memos, reports and other documents efficiently.
Proven ability to work independently to accomplish tasks and projects, providing regular updates to supervisor and others; to coordinate requests and manage deadlines on multiple projects and competing priorities; and to resolve challenging issues with grace.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with others in a variety of roles at the University in order to maintain shared understandings of goals, workflow, and deadlines through to project completion. Ability to work effectively with faculty is essential.

Demonstrated computer competency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and related software.
