This unclassified, unrepresented position reports to the Vice Provost for Academic Personnel (VPAPLD) and Dean of Interdisciplinary General Education. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the VPAPLD. Duties include executive support to the Vice Provost, complex calendaring/scheduling, coordination of Department Bylaws and Governance Documents, clerical support, leadership development, and project management.
●Three years of experience in a clerical/secretarial role ●Outstanding organization and coordination skills ●Absolute and committed sense of confidential information and materials handling ●Versatile multi-tasking abilities and exceptional time management skills ●Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Work, Excel, Google Suite, and information systems ●Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ●Scheduling and meeting coordination experience ●Experience creating and editing in presentation software (i.e. PowerPoint, Prezi, etc...)
