Serves as design and construction project manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assignedÂ projects for the Health System through all phases.. Under general supervision of the Associate Administrator of Design and Construction Planning, creates project objectives, work scope, budget, schedule, and manages assigned projects from project kick off to move-in and opening.Â Serves as key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal & external sources.
Minimum Education:â¢Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent work experience in design, planning, and constructionMinimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢Two (2) - Three (3) years healthcare project coordination/management experienceâ¢Familiarity with OSHPDâ¢Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulatory requirements for the healthcare industry highly desiredâ¢General understanding of construction procedures and project management principlesâ¢Excellent time management, organizational and communication skillsâ¢Advanced skill in computer programs, Autocad or other drafting softwares, etc. requiredRequired License/Certification:â¢LA City Fire and Safety Certification. If no certification upon hire, must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
