The Department of Chemistry at New York University (NYU) invites applications to fill several temporary teaching positions for Fall 2021. The semester runs from September 2, 2021 to December 22, 2021. In particular, we are looking for personnel with expertise teaching either General Chemistry or Organic Chemistry laboratory sections and recitations. The university is planning primarily in-person instruction in the fall.
Job requirements include an advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or Biochemistry and prior teaching experience in General or Organic Chemistry is a plus.
Candidates should submit a curriculum vita, and a description of prior teaching experience and provide names and contact information of two references.
