Responsible for daytime, weekday, and weekend calling on telephone interviewing projects, converting previous respondent refusals, trouble-shooting undetermined problem calls from other interviewers, pre-testing and providing feedback to project staff on new survey instruments, fielding incoming calls to BOSR, and other project related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma plus one year of relevant experience in nonprofit, academic research field including experience with telephone research, survey data collection and research participant recruitment studies. Knowledge of telephone dialing outcomes necessary.
Prefer familiarity with Sawtooth Software's WinCati program for data collection.
