Reporting to the Director of Residential Life & Housing, the Senior Associate Director is responsible for the supervision of the Associate Directors, and the general oversight of all Hall Directors, Resident Assistants and support staff in the department. The Senior Associate Director also works collaboratively with others to address issues related to the desk function, facilities management and student conduct concerns, as well as manage special projects including the Quarantine/Isolation program. In the absence of the Director, the Senior Associate Director will represent the department and oversee the management of the department.

Required Qualification Summary:
Master's Degree and a minimum of five years' residence hall staff experience.
This is a twelve-month position that requires living in college housing.
