The Ahern and Williams lab has an open post-doctoral position for the study of molecular mechanisms of childhood epilepsies and Autism Spectrum Disorders. We are interested in working with creative and diverse scientists looking to grow in highly collaborative and exciting scientific environments. Projects involve the use of patient iPSC and animal models as testbeds for the development of novel RNA therapeutics. We share small lab ethos with a focus on cutting edge methods and high quality science. Lab members have been highly productive and have secured independent funding to support projects while in the lab. Many have gone on to successful independent scientific positions.
