The Office Coordinator will oversee the daily operations and serve as the first point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders of the Center for Student Life. The Office Coordinator will provide primary administrative support for the operations of the Center for Student Life, including walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, student work study oversight, and website management. Functions within the Center for Student Life include student conduct, student outreach and support, housing and commuter student services, International Student Services, student transition, graduate student life, student engagement, and family engagement. This position’s priority is to provide outstanding customer service for our students, families, and all members of our community.
The Office Coordinator will work to meet the vision of the Division of Student Affairs, Every Student Thrives. The Office Coordinator represents the Center for Student Life and Student Affairs on various committees, working towards advancing the strategic goals of the Center and the Division.

The hours of the position are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Demonstrated success in project management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to speak a second language
Comfortable with using and learning technology (Microsoft Office, Website Content Management, Design Software)
