St. Ambrose University is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person to serve as the BeeCard Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational oversight of a University-wide, comprehensive ID card/access program and provides critical administrative support for the Security Department. Specific duties include ID Card production and issuance, contract services, staff training, budget management, access control programming, and light hardware troubleshooting. The position is also responsible for front desk management and will serve as an application specialist in Advocate (the campus student conduct system), LiveSafe (campus emergency communications system app), will be responsible for key box programming and set-up and will provide supervision of a front desk staff of approximately 7 student workers. The successful candidate will have a record demonstrating proficiency in learning and managing software applications and will be customer service focused. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a related field or scope of work. Experience working with PC computer technology is required; prior use of access control software preferred.
