We are seeking an Enrollment Management Technology Analyst to lead changes and make the Enrollment Management organization more efficient. The Enrollment Management Technology Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs; document requirements, defines scope and objectives; engages with Enrollment Management leaders and users to understand how changes to process, products, services and software can improve efficiencies and add value.
This is a full-time, administrative position.
Examples of Duties
Evaluates enrollment management processes, elicit and analyze user and functional requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and solutions
Guides Enrollment Management functional units in the development and testing of documented procedures and student information systems test plans
Finds root causes for problems and proposes solutions that may include new systems, procedures, or organizational changes within Enrollment Management
Stays up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems; communicate new features and advancements of enterprise systems to Enrollment Management departments
Leads ongoing reviews of enrollment management processes and develop optimization strategies
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Participate in communities and ad hoc working groups as necessary, especially those related to enrollment management systems, data governance and planning
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field required; Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field required
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
A history of leading, supporting and completing successful projects
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
Superior competency in Microsoft applications, Colleague, Soft Docs, CRM systems or similar platforms
Effective communication in oral and written forms
The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
