Under the oversight and supervision of the Associate Director, Energy & Utilities, the incumbent organizes, analyzes, and develops reports associated with energy, water and emissions data (utilization and cost) for the campus. This includes tracking energy and water conservation metrics, and initiatives and aggressively pursues energy and water efficiency funding and incentive opportunities while also ensuring projects and initiatives align and mesh with those of other divisions within Facilities Development & Operations. The incumbent also performs analysis of facilities-related utility data including energy, water, waste, and related usage data, and prepares and submits reports in a variety of formats for various entities and organizations, including the development of rate-setting methodologies, utility rate proposals, and multi-year utility projections. The incumbent is responsible to coordinate with project managers to ensure all necessary reporting is completed for those projects which have a conservation component and serves as the primary liaison for all campus utility accounts.
