The Social Worker, LICSW provides assessment and clinical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and referral, to a diverse population of Harvard students and their dependents. Counsels and provides outreach and education, consults with University administrators, maintains quality assurance, and participates in improvement activities. Participates in after hours on-call and urgent care schedules. Experience with emergency care and crisis management. Demonstrated work experience in the following areas: assessment/treatment of a diverse population, substance addiction, eating disorders, multicultural adjustment issues, student health issues, and outreach and consultation in a university community. Fluency in a foreign language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Spanish). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
